Review and Update Sessionize App Fields

We'll want to send a reminder about a week before the submission deadline so that we can make sure all access issues are resolved before all the talks are submitted. This will also give everyone time to get familiar with the platform.

The team will focus on creating the overall structure of the new site.

Determine Structure of Conference (# of tracks, # of sessions, etc)

Purchase Keynote gifts

For V1 the acceptance criteria:

• Basic component with instructions for sponsoring and contact information.

This will happen automatically so we may not need a ticket but there may be some last minute support around this that we need to do. We should probably send reminders close to this date to encourage more submissions.

Friday Working Group meetings organization

For launch we should add the content from the current openedx.org Privacy Policy to the con.openedx.org page.

We'll need to update this in a few weeks once the new versions have been published.

Finalize Keynotes

For launch we should add the content from the current openedx.org TOS to the con.openedx.org page.

We'll need to update this in a few weeks once the new versions have been published.

Add speakers to Salesforce so we can use email campaigns and docusign forms for releases, etc.

This should automatically added to https://github.com/orgs/openedx/projects/61 with status "Todo".

This should be visible to anyone.

Collect bios and headshots for all keynotes for website / program

Create conference planning timeline

Introductions for the Keynote introducers

Create the component and style it properly.

Begin determining and gathering slides for pre-plenary slide show to get to AV vendor

Figure out a plan for BoF Sessions Throughout the Conference

Backfilling: Invite additional session track presenters that were identified to fill in holes
