The package name is org.eclipse.microprofile.system.test.app at the moment. Should update it to use a different namespace? io.openliberty.demo?

Add demo script and any other assets necessary to show adding a dependency (via Boost; e.g. mpOpenApi), making code changes (e.g. update to health check response or REST resource), testing manually and running UTs/ITs via dev mode.

@ericglau will handle for dev mode. @scottkurz, can you please see who can help on Boost's front? FYI, @patricktiu.

Add demo script and any assets still necessary to show adding a JPA booster, use it and test with MicroShed Testing.

We can adjust as necessary but I think this (simple) scenario should (already) cover key benefits of Boost and MicroShed Testing.

when running the ITs in this project a second time in dev mode.

At first I thought it was an issue with the JaxrsJsonIT.testCreatePerson() failing a second time, but tried @TestMethodOrder and noticed whichever test ran first would fail.

I'd guess this issue:
MicroShed/microshed-testing#56
was opened in recoginition of this underlying problem.
