Currently there are references (in the Quick Links section and at the bottom of the readme) to the Open Liberty Tools VS Code extension. Update (both master and devc branches) to include references to the IntelliJ plugin.

Should add Notice the "liberty.hostname" and "liberty.http.port" system properties which are provided by dev mode when running integration tests. after gradle dev mode supports system properties (OpenLiberty/ci.gradle#399)

If a Windows user has Docker Desktop running on their machine, then host.docker.internal is mapped to localhost and is automatically picked up by Liberty unless localhost is specified directly in the server.xml. The application still works on host.docker.internal, however, it is slow and it leads to the integration tests timing out.

• Update MP dependency version in build.gradle and pom.xml
• Update MP Health version in demo steps

Use separate project names for Maven and Gradle so that when using the Open Liberty Tools VS Code extension, it is easier to distinguish between them.

testCompile should be changed to testImplementation

Running dev mode in Gradle shows:

Deprecated Gradle features were used in this build, making it incompatible with Gradle 7.0.
Use '--warning-mode all' to show the individual deprecation warnings.

When the application is started, visiting http://localhost:9080/ in a browser causes the console to show [WARNING ] SRVE0190E: File not found: /metricsOverHTTP

Update liberty-maven-plugin to 3.2
Update liberty-gradle-plugin to 3.0
