Uploading image by Sunstone gives error STAT Operation not supported

I copied stat script from datastore/fs
"cp /var/lib/one/remotes/datastore/fs/stat /var/lib/one/remotes/datastore/lvm/"
and uploading worked correctly

Will I have any problem with that modification in future?

Releasing a tarball makes (automatic) deployment easier than checking out code from the repository. One can also choose a stable release, instead of hoping that master will work.

I unzipped archive with addon to /root then

# ./install.sh -d  /var/lib/one
cp: cannot stat ‘/root/LVM_addon/src/datastore/lvm’: No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat ‘/root/LVM_addon/src/tm/lvm’: No such file or directory

what is the proper way to implement snapshots?
copy tm/fs_lvm/mvds script?
