PROV requires time information to be encoded as xsd:time.
Latex has a package isodate, but I didn't succeed in using it to generate
time information (e.g. when the document was created).

A uuid generator is invoked, and a uuid value is read from a file and assigned to \theuuid.
Unfortunately, there is a trailing space at the end of \theuuid.

As a result, the ttl and xmp generated files are syntactically incorrect.

The current workaround is to call sed and path these files.

It would be neater to fix this at the latex level.
