Cannot install over pip

pip install git+... does not install the sub-modules.

Not sure how to fix this but I use packages=find_packages(), in the setup.py:

from setuptools import setup, find_packages

setup(
    name="my-fancy-package",
    packages=find_packages(),
    install_requires=[
        # ...
    ],
    include_package_data=True,
    zip_safe=False,
)

Missing encoding error handling

When uploading 6.txt:
