Customize/Brand OpenSim viewer about opensim-gui

• Branding (logo), add buttons for default cameras/navigation
• Add motion controls/VCR.
• Add recording stills, videos
• Decide what customization will be included and if/how they're going to be associated with model(s)

Items 1-3 can be started as soon as there're cycles to put on them, 4 is already in progress since it relates to the SceneGraph while item 4 will require making a beta build to test/review/discuss with team/users.

@klshrinidhi You can get started on this as soon as you have cycles. It's rather self contained. There's a fork of threejs that I'm working off. Please let me know if you have questions.

@aymanhab Based on the input from the survey, I'm wondering if we should rethink navigation at all. Could we use navigation more similar to other 3D packages? What kind of navigation can we get for "free"?

Don't want to throw a wrench in any plans, but thought I'd bring it up given the survey feedback.

Great point @jenhicks and indeed it's on my plan (that's why I wanted to have users around here try a live working version rather soon), I just expect that the default cameras will be needed anyway in addition to the new navigation.
