Geometric algebra package reference implementation.

This is a refactored version of the implementation developped by Daniel Fontijne and published as a reference for the book "Geometric algebra for Computer Science", Leo Dorst, Daniel Fontijne and Stephen Mann, 2005.

The refactoring includes mainly additions in the javadoc, reformatting, eliminating of not needed methods, renamings etc. It also resolves the dependency to the colt library.

geometricalgebra's Issues

Methods Pow() and Inverse() not yet generated by ganja.js

The ganja.js based implementation of CGA must include implementations for pow() and inverse().

Substitude colt by vecmath lib.

vecmath is used in projects which should work together with this GeometricAlgebra implementation. Better not use two different numeric libs to do the same things.

Documentation how to add the needed colt library dependency

Eliminate util code

The Bits methods can be substituted by JDK standard lib methods.
Also the DoubleU and MathU maybe can be elimnated.
