change xz to gz

Describe the bug
mise or asdf is requesting a file that doesn't exist
see the cloudflare-go releases page for available assets

Expected behavior

flarectl should successfully install
mise or asdf should retrieve the gz file

@latest no longer works because of v2 releases that dont have a binary

Describe the bug

asdf-flarectl no longer works with @latest because it fetches all tags, and there's now a parallel 2.0 release. However it doesn't have any binaries in each release. https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflare-go/tags

Perhaps the mechanism can be modified to only target <2.0?
