ottocaltool's Issues

How to get this to work??

First of all I am new to this so may be I am doing something wrong but I can't get this to work.

I downloaded the needed library and uploaded the program to my otto.
I open the serial monitor, and type '?' nothing come up. Then I type '??????' and the help menu come up.
Type 'rh' nothing, type again nothing, It only react to 6 digits and error message come up.
Then I try spanish keyboard layout, it let me go in 'rh' but when I type + or - nothing happen then when it get to 6th digits I enter error come up. It seem to remember 6 digit even when i press enter in between.

Saving to the EEPROM

Hi Rafa,

Thanks for creating this tool - It seems to work well but I cannot get it to save to the EEPROM.
I make several adjustments to the "ra", "la" etc - and finally "save", then "quit".

However, when I run another program, IE - Otto_avoid - the settings seem to have disappeared and Otto's feet are again pointing the wrong way. AM I missing a step?

Thanks.

Calibrado.ino Compilation

Hi Rafa:

I'm trying to compile your ino but I can`t finish it because the SerialUI library.

D:\Programas\Arduino\libraries\OTTO\examples\OttoCalTool\OttoCalTool.ino: In function 'void setup()':

OttoCalTool:102: error: no matching function for call to 'SUI::Menu::setName(const char [10])'

mainMenu->setName(top_menu_title);

                               ^

D:\Programas\Arduino\libraries\OTTO\examples\OttoCalTool\OttoCalTool.ino:102:35: note: candidate is:

In file included from C:\Users\usuario\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SerialUI\src/includes/SerialUI.h:264:0,

             from C:\Users\usuario\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SerialUI\src/SerialUI.h:31,

             from D:\Programas\Arduino\libraries\OTTO\examples\OttoCalTool\OttoCalTool.ino:24:

C:\Users\usuario\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SerialUI\src/includes/SUIMenu.h:320:7: note: void SUI::Menu::setName(const __FlashStringHelper*)

void setName(SOVA_FLASHSTRING_PTR namestr);

I'm using the last version of library downloaded from IDE Library administrator.

Can you help me?

Thank you

Estoy intentando compilar tu ino pero no puedo a causa de la librería SerialUI.
Estoy usando la última versión de la librería disponible en el IDE.
