Build Landing Page Skeleton

User Story: As a customer, I would like to have a location to enter the transportation application, in order to start my transportation booking process.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Landing Page should have basics of HTML in order for the developers to start working on the HTML/CSS/JS.
  • The landing page should be an index.html file and located in the root of the application.
  • The Landing page should follow the structure from the wireframe.
