classicmac's Issues

adb2usb using a raspberry pi

Hi,

Any thoughts on how to adapt things so that the ADB mouse can connect directly to the GPIO pins of a Raspberry Pi instead of the Teensy 2.0+USB? For use with the Pi the Arduino seems like it would offload a few resources, but the usb plug-space is probably more valuable than the extra cycles needed, and hey, fight redundancy.

Also it's not entirely clear in the flickr picture, is the 1k resistor a pull-up between the Vcc and ADB line? And the PwrOn line is not hooked up at all? It sure is a pretty picture but the pinout isn't exactly clear.

thanks!

4.9 kernels / debian stretch

Any hints on getting this working with a current 4.9 debian stretch kernel? When you wrote this we had dto/dtbo's but now it's all in uEnv.txt right? Also new stuff is probably remoteproc and you likely used uio.

Also, I went through a huge hassle running make in classicmac as the includes seemed to fail for the ledscape libraries, despite putting ledscape at the same level as classicmac. I had to give specific file paths to many of the includes. Just curious how it worked out for you, if you recall.

I just blew up my debain stretch lxde setup trying to switch to the bone kernel from ti, so I'll probably retry with the IOT image. Maybe that's better suited to pru usage.
