Taking a random value mod the sides of the dice seems like it should be fair, but it isn't. Let's say we had uniform random numbers from 0 to 9, and we take them mod 6. There are 2 ways to get 0, 1, 2 and 3, but only 1 way to get 4 and 5.

dh is used to establish the shared key, but each client should also create a key pair to sign messages.

right now there is a verification phrase for each player and for the group key. since everyone must agree on the peers and the group key, this could be a single phrase.

users should be able to upload their own dice

everyone should be able to see that the dice are fair and what the possibilities are

if a peer doesn't respond in a reasonable period of time, the die roll should be cancelled.
