People want to know if an OS project is keeping its pace on release new version, last release date of this OS project can be used to judge this activity.
When this date to current date is longer than its normal period, risk is going up until it release a new version.

We have a lot of activity on PRs from members of own GitHub Organisation which skews the data to show how healthy the community is.

We are interested in the data from external contributors rather than everyone.

Can we exclude a specific group within our organisation?

从上图看，两者的数据对不上，且集成时间也不一致。

目标：200个分类。
