For somebody to contribute well or just see what' going on or where we at... it could be nice to have a wel described roadmap, a small markdown with a list and checkboxes can do the job

Adjust the design of the interface

The linter must have 2 rules added to the package.json file, the first one being npm run lint that runs the linter and npm run lint-fix that fixes lint issues

Add a button to see the city on a map, like this.

When clicking on an alert the list on the popup is hidden by the alert creation button, we should probably hide the button when the popup is opened.

For district alerts, add a symbol like this " • " to separate the elements of the list

It could be nice to have some screenshot of this amazing project in the README...
