We are limited by the github search api to 10 requests per minutes at the moment. But we would like to have a higher rate limit, by using authenticated requests as described here https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/rest/reference/search#rate-limit

Our client application will need to have few endpoints exposing twiiter top tweet data.

As we are now storing data directly using the #caparledev bot, we might not need to create a cron job for that.
But in case we don't use the bot for storing data or simply in case we want to store data the bot might have missed we should consider creating a cron job our twitter scraper
