Update conda and pip requirements

The existing requirement .txt files are out of date and have some unneeded dependencies.

Please complete the ReadMe.md

In the data folder there are steps missing for -
"I just want to caption a couple of videos".

Please complete the steps whenever possible.

Where to find pre-trained models?

Hello!

I am a grad student from CMU working on the LSMDC dataset for tasks such as movie description and movie fill in the blank. I found your work really interesting and wanted to run predictions on your model to compare. Your README talked about checkpoint files for the LSMDC dataset, but I wasn't able to find a link there, nor was I able to find one in the repo.

It would be great if I could get access to a pre-trained model so that I could compare our works, without having to train the model from scratch. Looking forward to your response. Thanks for the help.
