Does this extension store all data in memory until closing the file?

Firstly thanks for the great work so that I can use vscode.dev to access local folder on my iPad (with iPad OS 15.7.1).

However, when I added the vscode.dev to my homescreen (i.e. as a PWA) and tried to open the PWA, I just couldn't open folder because the it seemed that the extension was not invoked.

I did some search and found that a PWA was not the same as a fullscreen Safari webpage (see this). I know little about Safari. But I'm still wondering if it is possible to enable extension in PWA, as it would be more convenient.

As the title says I have enabled the extension for vscode.dev and try to open a file or folder and it just redirects me to a 404 GitHub page the url is https://filepicker.app/pick/file?id=someguidthatIhaveremoved&accepts=&multiple=false

When I try to open folder on vscode.dev I get nothing. I have restarted the iPad and tried reinstalling the app but it still doesn't work.

If I choose open file it does work and opens the app to pick a file.

Hi I have an iPad Pro and am using vscode.dev website. I can open the folder containing the files, however whenever I try to open one of the files it comes up saying file does not exist and to create it.

I just don't want to switch to chromiums only for the filesystem api
