Hi,
Each time we have read a page, we need to go back at the top to be able to press the next chapter button.

May be duplicating the 'previous chapter' and 'next chapter' buttons/links at the bottom of the pages would make it easier and for a more fluid reading.

In the same vein, adding a 'top' or ToC link to the table of content would also be nice.

Pollen no longer explicitly resets global variables for each page render. The previous behaviour was never explicitly guaranteed, and now it is explicitly not guaranteed. Our citations implementation depends on mutating global variables, and is therefore currently broken!

There are several ways to solve this, but the simplest solution in this case will be to store our citations hash table in current-metas, which is kept fresh for each page.

This is noted in the book itself, but the below code will throw an exception for users that have pollen installed in user scope rather than installation scope:

This is arguably a bug in Racket. The problem is discussed here.

Possible resolutions:

• Short-term: handle the exception and either hack together a path by some other means, or fail silently.
• Fix Racket to provide a better error message
• Fix Racket to check against other documentation folders besides the installation-specific one
