qeeg_feature_set's Issues

Unable to run the code for amplitude features, connectivity features and spectral features

Dear experts,

I am working on EEG data analysis for the classification tasks. I am looking for a feature extraction technique for classification. I found your paper "NEURAL: quantitative features for newborn EEG using Matlab". It is very interesting and I want to work on it. I have EEG data and I want to calculate quantitative features for classification.

I have downloaded your code but unfortunately, I am not able to run the code. I got the following error message

Struct contents reference from a non-struct array object.

Error in spectral_features (line 47)
freq_bands=params_st.freq_bands;

I am working on 62 channel EEG data. it is in form 62*30200 for one trail. Please tell me how to work on your code with this kind of data.

Thank you very much

Channel Error

Hello,
first, thank you very much for providing your code here. I would like to use it to calculate the Brain Symmetry Index for a chronic stroke subject. I recorded a 64 channel EEG but had to remove some channels during preprocessing so effectively there were 59 channels left the dataset. When I tried to run the code (featx=connectivity_features(x, Fs), all default settings) it produced error: at least two channels needed for analysis. I preprocessed the data in EEGLAB, could this be a problem with the data format? Is there a way to solve this problem? I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thank you very much, Franziska

Cannot load EDF file

Hello,
Sorry to bother you, I can't successfully load the edf file when using the resample savemat function.
Do you have a specific example? Or what format should filename fill in?
Thank you, Jiahui Li

[eeg_data,Fs]=resample_savemat("h01.edf",channel_names)
must supply own function to read in raw EEG; see resample_savemat (line 51)
