After each update state tree should be written to a file - for fast recovery.

Validation rules should be added to the process. For example it is not allowed that there will be more then one port with the same id or port number.

logger should be added to log application events

add support for delay

All current apis should be implemented

If proxy provided then requests without route should be proxied

Add api for getting the state object

Services should be able to use StateManager API and update the state accordingly.

Add API to Deactivate/Activate all ports.

Should expose stop, start, restart API.
Should be able to read the state given from the StateManager and start listening to end points.
