GlfwApplication doesn't call onResize

Preview modify:

  GLStateMgr.init();
  start();
+ onResize(window.getWidth(), window.getHeight());
  window.show();

And add Window::close:

public void close() {
    glfwSetWindowShouldClose(handle, true);
}

Add camera

Remove Camera, add IFpsCamera, FreeFpsCamera, FreeCamera.

Models

• Remove render() in mesh, the mesh is the descriptor of the vertex data.
• Remove Geometry, replace with SimpleModel
• Render meshes in *Model
• Add SimpleModel, obj.ObjModel, etc.

AWT Font Cache

Loading AWT font is too slow because of drawing strings.

IMS is too slow.

• Add font cache to improve performance.
• Remove IMS.
