Calculated sensor - check if headed home, then gmaps travel time minus time since last update?

• Create sensor to track charging state: off, charging, finished
• Notifications when charging is finished
• Failsafe to disable charger after an interval, and send an alert that this had to be done
• Disable charger if house enters away mode?

Performance is awful, apparently in large part caused by multisensor reporting every 30 seconds
