Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Add a comment to a post without login.
2. Leave name, email and password blank.
3. Click submit button
4. Select "I'd rather post as guest"

Expected outcome:
Both textbox and popover for password are hidden.

Actual outcome:
Popover for password still visible.

very nice UI, i like it so much that i want one for myself but unfortunately I am very poor in html & css.
I am not able to host it.

is there some sort of guide ?

This problem appears only on Chrome in Windows. Seems WebKit hasn't update the new position of fixed element when scroll event triggered.
