ACPI support
This issue tracks the implementation of minimal ACPI support.
- The OS should report itself as ACPI-capable.
- The OS should shut down properly when an ACPI shutdown is requested.
Serial Console Support
For testing and other purposes this VM should print the "Hello World" to the serial console if available.
