While the Shillelagh works, I feel it could use some code, featural, and graphical review before being considered "done".

I would like to implement bagpipes. Not sure how. Not sure I'm going to. But it's on the list of "stuff to look into".

While wheat could suffice, barley is a distinct grain and came up a lot when researching medieval Irish cuisine. It could be used for the alcoholic beverage, porridge, etc.

I followed along a tutorial for my barebones mod's prototype. I'll want to look through and potentially reorganize things.

All the cool cultures have them. The Irish, nowadays at least, are associated with them. I also have a pub. Ale would probably be the best choice; I don't know much about alcohol though; that's just from my quick research at what types of beverages could be provided by the Gaels.
