The first link in CONTRIBUTING.md on “How to fork a repository” references a girhub page about how to PR a repository (which are related, but two separate aspects). The page nowhere mentions how to solely make a fork.

Github is working on their storage systems. Here are the stats:

I see that it switches between merged and unmerged status of PR when I refresh the page.
