Typify could be integrated into any CLI build process (e.g. gulp). Needs to support TypifyOptions object for external configuration.

Call typify commands via dotnet cli command wrapping (e.g. dotnet ef)

It could be useful to allow custom mappings beyond the default to support other workflows, e.g.:
Some.DotNet.Namespace => 'some-user-defined-namespace'
