Currently GCS credentials are read from a json file on disk, this isn't ideal for a number of reasons. This should be changed so that the credentials are read from the environment.

This is part of an overall change to ensure that all configuration is provided on the command line whilst all credentials are provided by the environment.

At present ims will only output the first frame of any transformed GIF images, this needs fixed so that all frames are output with the original delay intact.

If a subdirectory of a gcs bucket is passed in the URI e.g. gcs://my-bucket/images, it is ignored and treated as if only the bucket name was passed.

The only reason I'm considering this is that there's currently no optipng package for Alpine Linux, which is what we use for our Docker images. So we have 2 options:

1. Package optipng for Alpine Linux
2. Remove optipng support from ims and replace with pngcrush support.
