Elasticsearch get operations in Swallow process function seem not to be thread safe.
A get on a given document id can retrieve a document with another id ...

It's hard to reproduce, but it happens ...

It is possible to disable indexing :

For example, the update settings API can be used to dynamically change the index from being more performant for bulk indexing, and then move it to more real time indexing state. Before the bulk indexing is started, use:

curl -XPUT localhost:9200/test/_settings -d '{
    "index" : {
        "refresh_interval" : "-1"
    } }'

(Another optimization option is to start the index without any replicas, and only later adding them, but that really depends on the use case).

Then, once bulk indexing is done, the settings can be updated (back to the defaults for example):

curl -XPUT localhost:9200/test/_settings -d '{
    "index" : {
        "refresh_interval" : "1s"
    } }'

And, a force merge should be called:

curl -XPOST 'http://localhost:9200/test/_forcemerge?max_num_segments=5'

It would be a good idea to automaticaly disable indexing while pushing bulks and to enable it again at the end of the process

le mécanisme actuellement mis en place ne met à jour qu'un seul document. Il faudrait activer le mode "multi" (par défaut à false) pour mettre à jour TOUS les documents qui matchent la requête "find".

actuellement:
mongo_connect[p_collection].update(find,update,upsert=True)

proposition:
mongo_connect[p_collection].update(find,update,upsert=True,multi=True)

It is not possible to connect Mongo using a replicaSet name and a list of nodes.
The constructor should have a parameter that adresses this kind of connection.
