nih-chest-x-rays-classification's Issues

Issue with labels and predicting pnemonia

Hi,

I am just experimenting with your code and using 'xray_class_weights.best.hdf5'. I really appreciate your effort;

I have couple of question.
#1. The below is the label list which i have used. Is there any difference in the order from the model:
labels = ['Atelectasis', 'Cardiomegaly', 'Consolidation', 'Edema', 'Effusion', 'Emphysema', 'Fibrosis', 'Infiltration', 'Mass', 'Nodule', 'Pleural Thickning', 'Pneumonia', 'Pneumothorax']

#2. This model is retrained for 1Lakhs fron NIH. Can i trained more medical images over the weights 'xray_class_weights.best.hdf5'?

#3. I tried predicting pneumonia images. But it never. Is there anything which i need to look into more?
