Design the base architecture of the game engine, taking into account components, systems, managers, and shaders pipeline.

Core engine should be defined in its own Eve namespace and should NOT depend on the developer-friendly high end framework.

Architecture should only be about the low end core engine / framework.

Create the base core for a running program, including a test main function and a basic Environment engine.
