Hello.
I am considering using your lib for pooling against mysql, sqlite and pg. I have been using generic-pool for some years, but upgrading to latest major gave me some surprises. The nodejs program never exits even though all clients are released. And I am also worried about the number of open issues - some of them quite old. Then I stumbled into your lightning-pool. It has few downloads, but the lib itself seems well written witten and maintained. I haven't tested it yet, but will do.

1. Do you consider it mature enough for production ?
2. Is it used in any production systems ?

My program never exits even after all connections are released and 30 seconds is elapsed.
This will not be a problem in a regular http server, but in a utility program it will be.
The only way to make it exit, is to call pool.close()

hey there, thanks for this brilliant library! i'm looking at the options and i guess not understanding the difference between min and minIdle, perhaps I thought all resources were idle if they were in the pool - can they be in other states?

I saw that you do have the index.d.ts file in the repo but it is not in the npm install. Am I missing something?

Edit: putting the index.d.ts file in the correct folder doesn't work either :(
