The case does not fit properly

Hello.
I just received my papered, and after some trouble with the esp32 flashing I managed to get it working. However, I have a physical problem with the case. If the battery is not installed, it is a good fit (not perfect, but it holds itself). However, with the battery in place, even after re-placing it (it was glued in the wrong spot) it does not fit. The back cover often falls apart.
Is there anything I can do to make it fit correctly?
