qutebrowser-zotero's Issues

How to get snapshots?

The script is working well for me for adding webpages to Zotero without a snapshot by using the alias :zotero defined as recommended by README.md.

However, I am not sure how to use the script to get a snapshot of the web page. I have no issues getting snapshots of the same pages with the "Zotero Connector" extension in Chromium.

Zotero does show the item as having a snapshot. However, when I try to open it, I get the message:

The attached file could not be found at the following path: ...

Clicking "More Information" takes me to this page which suggests that the issue normally results from not having synced with the zotero.org. My understanding is that the script should work without an account on zotero.org, as does Zotero connector from Chromium.

Any help getting this script to work for me in fetching snapshots as well is very much appreciated.

Error of invalid syntax in line 82?

When I try to run either of
spawn --userscript zotero

or

hint links userscript zotero [and then, I select a link]

I get the error

Process stderr:
File "/home/ramon/.local/share/qutebrowser/userscripts/zotero", line 82
    print('message-info "{}"'.format(message), file=fifo)
                                                   ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Looking at the code, I understand this is just notify_error being called but I have no clue about what I am doing wrong.

I am running Zotero v. 5.0.37 in Debian.
