Just to simplify process when getting started

Hello. I looked at the Bitmaps2Video example. I want to ask you for help, my task is to record a video to a file. I implemented getting bitmap images from an Android camera. But I don't understand how to organize recording to a file in mp4 format. I really hope for your help.

IDE是10.3.1，android SDK版本是26；
利用avformat_open_input打开视频文件，
在我的MEIZU 16th上返回-13，意思是权限不够。但我的internet, read write internal storage权限都选了的。
在我的Smartisan M1L上返回-21，意思是该文件不是文件，是目录？
用FileExists判断文件都是存在的，但调用avformat_open_input总是不成功。
请大神帮看下，这个有可能是什么原因？谢谢
