Nice project. Is there a user manual/wiki on how to use the app though?

Hi, first of all, congratulations for the app. It is really interesting.

I'm testing EpiSample now in a Smartphone and in a Tablet and I found that in the Tablet I cannot access the Admin Settings in order to load the place name list. This is because the layout is a bit different. In the Tablet I cannot see the three dots button for opening this menu. Rather, I see a wrench icon which opens only the regular settings for configuring the connection to the server.

Is because I'm doing something wrong?
