Slide switching on scroll(?)/tap(?) seems overly sensitive

On my MacBook Pro, as soon as I put my 2nd finger down on the trackpad in preparation to initiate a right-click on a link in the presentation, the current slide immediately changes. One of the event listeners seems to be too sensitive.

Add slide/mention about Surface Dial

not detected at all, doesn't act as a pointer (even when placed on a compatible touchscreen e.g. Surface 4). maybe it should, but for now can't be detected - overlay handled at OS level and not passed through. native apps seem to be able to do (e.g. using it as starting/pivot point for an on-screen ruler)

Add getCoalescedEvents, getPredictedEvents explanation and demos

Update iOS/keyboard slides

Accessibility > Keyboard > Full keyboard support mention (no need for VO anymore), new screenshots, check the event sequences and update if needed

Page number

It'd be nice if the page number could be included on the pages.
Shower has this built in now as well as a progress bar, but I'm not sure if the version you're using is up to date yet (haven't checked).
