When I set the center, the HUD doesn't appear.

If I set the ATMHUDView.center it'll move, but won't auto-rotate with device.

When frequently updating/hiding/showing the same ATMHud there is a chance the center will be incorrect. (Bounds/Frame for ATMHudView can get mangled)

It may be a bug with Core Animation, or the way in which ATMHud's are reset.

I've spent a good amount of time debugging and don't have a solution.

Does the rotation logic need to be updated?

Need to subclass UIWindow to change the window height of the display. Allows display of gray backgrounds on top the UINavigationBar, like an UIAlert.

Need to investigate rotation issues for UIWindows.
