Breathing Exercise App

A simple single-page breathing exercise application that provides users with a guided breathing exercise experience. Users can customize their breathing cycles and the number of rounds. The app includes a countdown timer and text prompts for each phase of the breathing exercise.

Usage

1. Open index.html in your web browser.
2. Enter the inhale, hold, and exhale durations (in seconds) for the first breathing cycle.
3. Optionally, click "Add Timer Set" to add more breathing cycles with different timings.
4. Enter the number of rounds you want to perform.
5. Click the "Start" button to begin the breathing exercise.
6. Follow the on-screen timer and text prompts for each phase of the breathing exercise.

Phases length of 0 bug

If a phase length set to 0 it still lasts for 1 second, timer goes from 0 to -1
