I have a working gb project [1] but I didn't manage to push it to heroku with your buildpack.
It seems it didn't manage to fetch the gb binary, here's the output :

Would you mind expanding on the requirement of including the gb oneself through vendoring, or possibly better provide a minimal example project.
I am trying to find a way to attach dependencies without copying their whole sources into our repos.
