Prerequsites

NodeJS >= 8

How to install and run:

• install nodejs
• run npm install
• modify ip and port if required https://github.com/pbca26/insight-ui-komodo/blob/master/main.js#L64
• (optional) mkdir certs
• (optional) copy priv.pem (privkey) and cert.pem to certs folder

Token list preview change to a gallery

It would be great if the page which has all the tokens listed in it http://explorer.komodoplatform.com:20000/tokens/TKLTEST looked more like a gallery of images, which on hover can show some information on them.

E.g. Unsplash has a nice gallery view https://unsplash.com/

This functionality would show users all the tokens available on the chain in an attractive view, while we are working on the marketplace functionality for the Tokel dapp

dropdown on search field not always visible

OS: macOs 10.14.6
Browser: Firefox

This concerns the explorer that is hosted at https://explorer.komodoplatform.com
If I want to use the multi-asset explorer, I have to make the browser window smaller (i assume the cutoff for making the screen responsive):

There is no dropdown next to the search field. Now if I make the window smaller:

I can select the All coins option.

I started messing with things a bit in the inspector and noticed that on the search bar element, if i change the width calculator (changed 300 - 30 to 300 - 300):

the dropdown appears:

Token URL preview different file types

Are we able to have the URL preview show these different file types on the explorer?

I have a design suggestion. This is specifically for the tokens page. It will make it a bit easier to read the important token data.

NFT image modal

Clicking on NFT image preview should open a modal and display the image in full size.

Design: Output arbitrary data json as key value pairs

Could we have the explorer output any key value pairs in a json, within the arbitrary data section.

I'm thinking a simple design will be good to start. Something like the following for example:

(CHIPS) compact gameinfo view

Currently layout opens up the whole game data which might be hard to navigate by scrolling through the list of games. It will be better if each game transaction block is rendered as a preview only a few lines tall and could be opened (closed) in full view by a click.

Handle multiple CC indexes when searching by a pubkey (edge case)

Option to pull and store NFT images locally

This will effectively make a server act as CDN, serving images from local file system.

Search in tokens section is displaying progress bar indicator when txid is not found/wrong

Add support for IPFS://hash links for media

The dApp now supports tokens adding ipfs hash links directly into the media URL without the need for a gateway. Are we able to have the explorer run an IPFS node in order to search IPFS hash's directly?
