We have 3 batteries. Knowing their individual voltage is important, but we might have to suffice with only the total voltage, since the number of analog inputs are limited.

• Use only one Ain for the task.

Calculations has been made for analog reading of the keys.
The draft is ready for drawing a proper schematics.

Front and rear lamps have separate wiring, which is a benefit.

Requirements

• Run on separate batteries (in lack of a proper DC/DC converter). Rejected.
• Operate as manually as possible, to save IOs on the ECU. I will use a mechanic light switch for parking lights and running lights. I will use a digital input to the ECU and a relay from the ECU to drive the main beam.

Rejected

• Run on separate batteries (in lack of a proper DC/DC converter). This is not possible without using some DPDT relays. For simplicity, I will keep the 36V bulbs and use a mechanic light switch.

Since we have decided to keep the 36V bulbs and use the full battery voltage for the front and rear lamps, we might as well start creating the schematics for the lamps.

Requirements

• Reserve a relay and Dout for main beams.
