Current Behavior

We do not have the screens integrated into this repo.

Expected Behavior

The screens should be added to the repo, including a launch script.

Context / environment

We would like to deploy this to production, including screens.

Suggested Solution

Add a screens directory with the necessary files under the top level lcls-plc-lps-02 directory.

Current Behavior

The PVs for this project use the PLC project name in lower case, resulting in a strange PV base.

Expected Behavior

The base PVs for the IOC should follow our standard.

The makefile variable should be updated to something more in line with our standards:

Current Behavior

The TraceTek planned for integration into the Bay 2 LPS has so far refused to communicate with us via Modbus.

Expected Behavior

The TraceTek works?

Context / environment

This sensor detects leaks and tells us where they are. The action the LPS takes should depend on the location of the leak. However, right now we can only determine if there is a leak, so we take the most drastic action that we can.

Suggested Solution

Identify if the issue is with the PLC code or with the TraceTek by trying a different Modbus interface.

Expected Behavior

We would like to add an additional digital input for the Multi-Pass Cell (MPC) switching mirror that will be on the table. This is an input provided from the LSS, which is monitoring this mirror's position.

Context / environment

The laser group would like this value available as a PV. In the future, it is possible that we will want to modify the LPS logic based on this value, so we would like to bring it into the LPS PLC.
