Single table for database

Consider a single table to make duplicate detection easier, or a shared table. Currently split SMS/MMS.

Make installable pip package

It would be cool to just pip install this script.

Tests

• Add test.xml files with duplicates for testing
• Would require some refactoring for unit testing individual functions (optional)
