Instllal instruction fail

@tpadioleau noticed that when installing following the instructions, installation fails on ubuntu.

One need to add the following command:

sudo chmod a+r /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/pdidev-archive-keyring.gpg

mpich-based flowvr package missing

%cmake3 RPM macro used incorrectly

The %cmake3 macro doesn't work anymore when given the src path as last arg

pdirun & env.bash don't belong in the -dev package

A (minor) question about PDI packaging (https://github.com/pdidev/repo): these 2 files are packaged in libpdi-dev:

pdirun (installed in /usr/bin/pdirun)
env.bash (installed in /usr/share/pdi/env.bash)
Is there a good reason to have them packaged in libpdi-dev instead of libpdi1?

If an application built with PDI is relying on pdirun to be launch, then libpdi-dev (and all its dependencies) needs to be installed, but libpdi1 would be enough (except for the absence of pdirun in that package).
