I have small issue with CPU usage.
My setup: OpenELEC 4.0.2 or Raspbmc Gotham, library in MySQL

When i boot / start xbmc / on home screen on TV Shows i have 100% CPU usage, when i go to setting -> home layout -> and change value of Show library info on home screen ( true -> false or false -> true it doesn't matter ) and go back to home screen on TV show cpu usage goes down to 20-30% (it's normal). Same when i disable, go on home screen and then again enable home shelf.

After restart or settings -> reload skin, constant high CPU usage is back.

It's home shelf releated, but i don't know where is the problem. Nothing in debug log.

Where i should search problem?

Would be great to add something to make it clearly visible if a tv episode has been watched or not. Is with Quartz for instance.

Playing started from home screen shelf doesn't save current position on stop.
Ver 2.0.10 on Win and ArchLinux

Issue occurs when installing master from zip. Seems to be a wide spread issue. All the relevant info i can find in the log is here (not very helpful):

After several attempts to install i just went into deactivated addons, activated it, and I was able to successfully change to amber.

After activating skin:
13:34:59 T:13060 DEBUG: Addon skin.amber requires xbmc.gui version 5.0.1 which is not available

Could not find any occurrences of xbmc.gui version 5.0.1 in the code so not sure why that error is coming up.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough with kodi skinning to be of more help on this.

When you use the analogseekforward & analogseekback you can't see where you are moving to, as there is no visual indicator. You end up having to guess where you are seeking to, which is very hard because it is analog.

In other skins when you seek forward it will show you in real time where you are currently are in the video and where you are seeking to with an obvious graphic like a small bar or circle.

I had to remove the mapping for analog seek on my controller because it is too hard to use in it's current state.

It's really annoying to have to always click to the right to remove the left side bar (View Mode). I've been trying to fix it myself to completely remove it but no such luck.

Just making it hidden at first and not popup right when you go into Live TV would be great. Then if one wants it he can just click LEFT.

I don't use anything else besides Live TV so don't know if the issue is anywhere else.

Running it on raspberry pi.

It isn't really an issue but with verbose languages, will it be possible to add some improvements :

• Auto-scrolling is sometimes activated by default for sub-menu items (update library, reload skin, ...) and sometimes not for the same items ('ACTUALISER LA ME...' in french) in other sub-menus. In this last case, auto-scrolling appears only when item is selected.
  On the pi, default auto scrolling can take a lot of ressources (even if it is better with last version of openelec or raspbmc) It takes less resources when only a part of the item is displayed with.... at the end when it isn't selected.
  Is it possible to generalize this behavior for all sub-items ?
• On the Settings Screen/ Add-ons, text used for boolean selection on the right panel (auto update, notifications, hide foreign...) overwrite the selector (It is difficult to see it when it isn't selected - grey circle) and is truncated (not really a problem as it is readable)

If you want some help and be agree to do some of these changes, I can see to do and test them. (as it isn't so easy to test with a foreign language)

When I use XBMC on my PC and try to jump ahead by pressing with left mouse button on the timeline, nothing happens. It doesnt react to mouse press on it.

Only way to jump ahead is by using arrow keys on keyboard??

Change to Kodi or even delete it altogether?

That settings could be usefull..

It would be nice to display the actual weather just like confluence skin does.

It would be nice if there was a way to define which main menu item should get focus when the app is launched.

for some reason the shelf displays the runtime of 0 minutes for some movies and shows on my shelf.
This could be a kodi problem, just wanted to let you know.

When I suspend my system by choosing suspend from the power menu the system goes to sleep, but upon resuming the power window is still open. The window should close and then execute sleep so that I do not have to back out of that screen upon resume.

one issue
playback music doesn't show fanart of the artist. (works with Confluence so fanart exist)
Try to disable visualization and Lyrics but still doesn't show up.
Is this a config or works as designed ?

When in the video player context menu with the controls at the bottom, if I hit up with the remote it shows a bottom drawer with the current playing video info.

In frodo when I hit up again it closes, in master (gotham) there is no way to close it, it just stays there.

Just wondering if it just me or if others are having the same issue?

For some reason the movie view is showing movies I already watched as recommended. If this is by design, please add an option for it.

I find this the best skin I have tried so far (thank you), however the first time I saw the unwatched (full circle) and partially watched (half circle) icons I was confused. I recommend the unwatched icons be changed to an empty circle - it being a full circle implies 'watched' state to me.

Thoughts on this, and I can submit a patch as needed.

I think it would be really nice to have the weather on the shelf when the weather tab is selected maybe have the option to show the currant weather only or to show a fiew days out like when in the weather app

After upgrading to KODI using today's master snapshot from skin.amber I am experiencing issues with Live TV. The main menu still shows the "old" entry "Live TV" instead of "Radio" and "TV". Selecting, e.g., "Live TV" -> "TV channels" results in a black screen. Everything is okay, when using the confluence skin.
