Using PeerLibrary for journals is one of use cases for PeerLibrary, that it could really simplify workflows for smaller journals and conferences, which could use PeerLibrary both to do the peer review process, but also later on to host and publish the content, and decide if they want to make peer review process public or not. Not to mention that it would also allow post-publication peer review on spot.
