Correct handling of unbalanced curly braces would require tokenization of JavaScript code in initializers, predicates and action. Because I do not want to spend time with this now, I've just added a note about the limitation to the docs, making this bug a "this is by design" feature :-) But I want to fix this properly before 1.0.

BTW your example would not compile anyway, there must be at least one rule present in the grammar.
