The window is completely unaccessible when minimised, maybe there should be a system tray icon that can open up a "main" form, in which everything can be done, such as exporting reports, editing entries, changing settings etc.

Configure in which corner of the screen the popup should appear.

I think this technique allows to add very detailed notes for every step. Therefore, and for reporting, it would be useful to have subtasks as well, so you're working on one thing for e.g. an hour, whereas you can be verbose of what you've been doing the last few minutes.

The edit box is not cleared when the app gets focus. This is a problem that may accidentally submit a new item when you press enter at the first time.

Tell a user to consider creating a new (sub)task when he adds a lot of ticks to one task.

Reporting - create a report for an entire working day, and look in the history.

Future stuff: weekly reports or for custom time spans.

Not sure whether I can do this in lazarus without maximizing the thing. (Also, what if you have multiple screens?)

In order to further prevent unintended input on pop up, I would suggest to

• Lock the keyboard for 5 seconds
• Lock the mouse for 1 second
